W. Lowrie Tucker (Lowrie)
President & Sales Manager

I started in this industry as a forestry technician for the USDA Forest Service. I then worked for Virginia’s Conservation Districts and County Governments, specifically in Erosion and Sediment Control. In September 2010, I joined the Conservation Services team. I spend most of my day consulting with customers, discussing and fulfilling their needs. I graduated from Emory and Henry with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and received a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Shenandoah University. I live in Waynesboro with my wife Jillian, my son Walter and my daughter Claire. When I am not at work, I spend time with my family, visiting friends and traveling to other parts of the country on trips that generally include a visit to the national parks. Give me a call; I would love to talk about how Conservation Services can help you.

I started working at Conservation Services, Inc. in February 2012. I started working at Conservation Services, Inc. in 2018 as a Sales Representative. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010 with a degree in Psychology and come from a sales and fundraising background, mainly helping non-profits raise money and find funding. I’ve been the Office Manager at Conservation Services since February 2021.During my 30+ year career, I have accumulated vast experience in printing and managing office operations. Ryan Pickwoad Warehouse Superintendent

I began working for Conservation Services in Summer 2022. With over 15 years of warehousing and shipping and growing up in the Wholesale Tree Industry this was a perfect fit for me. With my many hats I work to schedule deliveries, receive shipments, manage the Conservation Techs and monitor our fleet of equipment. I live in Waynesboro with my wife, 4 kids and 4 dogs. Growing up in the Tree industry instilled a love of the outdoors. In my free time you can find me out riding 4 wheelers, hiking the mountains, gardening or hiding in one of many local campgrounds.
